When it comes to using bikes then there are as such no hard and fast rules that racing bikes cannot be used for commuting purpose or on roads. Bicycles and bikes can be fun and exciting. There may be very few things which can be as fulfilling and healthy as a good cycling for a long distance. True, you would end up in bed for two days if you have not cycled for a long time but still, it can be quite fun too. It makes you remember the times you had spent with friends and family long time back.

You are more or less exposed to the outside world, unlike the car where you have a greater degree of protection. Hence, it becomes necessary to be careful of a few things before you go cycling. These are simple things and can be done easily.
